The Living Cask is an art installation designed site specifically for DIAGEO's new whisky distillery in Eryuan County, Yunnan. The system is designed to run over five years, evolving together with whisky data captured during the distill process. The taste and aroma of the whisky is converted into impressionist style imagery embedded inside a whisky barrel-shaped structure. The sliced design enables the audience to wander around inside the barrel and be surrounded by an immersive visual and spacial experience.
Living Cask 是一件专为帝亚吉欧（DIAGEO）位于云南省洱源县的新威士忌酒厂设计的艺术装置。此装置的运行周期为五年，并与蒸馏过程中的威士忌数据一同演化。威士忌的味道和香气被转换成印象派风格的图像，嵌入到一个威士忌酒桶形状的结构中。分片的设计使观众可以在酒桶内部徘徊，沉浸在视觉和空间体验中。
