Edge-Tissue is a multi-channel experimental film which investigates how bodies negotiate systemic oppression through movement, fragmentation, and transformation. Beginning from three distinct embodied perspectives—a Buyi minority identity, an office worker, and a miner—the work does not aim to represent communities, but uses the self as a methodological entry point.
Through digital bodies, motion capture, and performative gestures, the project explores how identity is shaped, constrained, and reconfigured within invisible systems. Rather than forming unity, these bodies remain in tension, intersecting at their edges—forming an unstable tissue of coexistence.
Edge Tissue 是一部多频道实验影像作品,探讨身体如何通过运动、碎裂与转化,与系统性压迫周旋博弈。作品从三重具身视角出发: 布依族、上班族、矿工, 但并不试图去再现某个群体,而是以自我作为方法论上的切入点。
